What’s in your love bucket? It’s another way to ask: How loved do you feel?
When you feel tired, you can still feel loved, but if you’re feeling neglected by close relationships, you feel empty. You can feel full of dirt when you feel burdened. You may want to talk to someone or pray to ease your fears and anxiety. Dump out the bad stuff so you can make room for positive quality time with others.
When your bucket is full of love, you can more easily pour that out on others. But also, the inverse works: when you’re focusing on others out of a heart to serve/love others, your love bucket fills up. Just know that you can’t pour yourself out so much that you have nothing left to give. Your community/ close friends and relationships help you fill that.
