When you get in a bad mood, are you conscious of what caused it? Different factors affect your mood like perceived stress, amount and quality of sleep you’ve had recently, nutrients your body is craving, hunger, dehydration, social interaction, and more.
Having a routine sleep schedule is beneficial. Take walks or move in a way that makes you feel good and gets your endorphins going. Aim for balanced eating. Talking to people who care about you and encourage you daily/ regularly is very helpful. Know that reaching out doesn’t make you weak. It makes you stronger and aware.
