They help you de-stress and improve your mood. Vitamin D can be absorbed through sunlight and also via supplements (great for those who sunburn easily).
If you relax outside in the sun (at a comfortable temperature), you’ll get a double dose of mood-boosting factors. When you schedule breaks, you have something to take your stress levels down in an expected time frame. You could dance, journal, breathe deeply, journal feelings/ thoughts, or play with a pet to list a few ideas.
